sandeep reddy Posts: 92 Rating: (7)	hi, is your motor still rotating forward and reverse and then tripping with fault?? or is it giving fault as soon as you command (motor runs out) in general the following are the reasons for this error: 1. position gain incorrect. 2. mechanical blockage in motor. 3. high accelaration. 4. incorrect velocity. 5. low torque (p1460) please check the above points.

Hi sandeep redy, My motor run a few degree and then tripping with fault. I guess it turn about 10 to 45 degree. But it's not turn with the same direction. When fault appeared, I acknowledged it, click ON button again, and sometime motor not turn, some time turn to reverse direction. I tried to invert bit p410.1(Encoder possition actual value) but motor was not run. I think the 2nd reason is impossible, because in Speed control, motor run OK. I dont know when we enter setpoint speed and possition in Control panel in basic possition,what parameters they will be assigned to ? I entered setpoints and found them but I couldn't see them in functions. @pfuser: my motor is 1FT7082-1AF71-1DH1, it has DriveCliq interface. After auto commissioning, I found that all data of components is regconize in Starter.

I can not now reinstall the Starter. Error:"The project was created with a later version. Unfortunately version - 62.13.00.00 project cannot be opened with version - 47.80.09.00" Best regards.

chicken Posts: 96 Rating: (1)	Hi sandeep reddy, Thank you for remind me this point. I really dont mention the sequence of wires. I have recommissioning and correct the sequence, now in Speed control, motor run OK, but in Possion control, motor not run and no fault appear. What need I do now?
