 i see on the PM Counter that a new message arrived, but if i open i get the error again, maybe i have to much old PM and this is the issue?

I can since today also not open my PM, but no error message.

I can open PM messages but cannot make a reply.
Mine has an error message.
Strange that the experience is different. 

Perhaps you and I should stop complaining.
Perhaps log off from the forum for a week (no help to users)
and re-evaluate the system stability after the week.

All the time it says I have an unread personal message in the top right corner.

Clearing the cache is not the answer.
I have my browser set to clear its cache and delete traces each time a session is closed.

Now I see user icons cannot update cleanly.
I can confirm that "leave conversation" does not do anything.
There is a big regression somewhere.

On a positive I could insert text into a code text block without the whitespaces being removed (a few days ago).

I assume someone is probably trying to make improvements on this site. This is not mentioned officially. The trouble is that if the right people are not controlling the narrative, then uncontrolled rumours appear. This 'feels' like a DoS attack or disconnected/throttled service/server.

I'm sorry to see that it is now overlapped by a more general issue.
 We are trying to clarify the reason and fix it as quick as possible. And I agree with you it isn't a caching issue. So CTRL+F5 will not solve it.

From my point of view the PM remains non-functional.

All I can say is: good luck. 

Next issue:

I can't answer directly to a received PM (this issue have I wrote before).

The when I want to write a new PM to the user, it's also not possible. When I will write and enter the user name in the filed, the forum software go in search modus and search and search and search ...

to be honest I don't know when the next fix will be released. I will of course keep you informed, if an issue has been solved. 

Do you only have issue in the morning? 
The only issue that I can confirm from my side at the moment is that the PMs take longer to load and the preview of all messages in the mailbox contains the same text, this behavior can be observed with me all the time.
