3SK2 COM connection cannot be opened - serial interface blocked by another program?

AutoGen_3202899 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I cannot open the connection to 3SK2 devices. Cable has been connected to COM USB Interface and to the switching device, cable is not defective. How can I assign or re-assign the COM interface? Power-cycled PC and switching device and closed any other SIRIUS programs already. Thanks for helping!
