When I try to open a TIA Portal project, I get an error saying that some products are missing, specifically:

• Siemens.MC.Drives.Acx.Model.ConfigurationData.PackageContainer: 2.0.0.0
• Siemens.Sinum.Common.NCTagAccess.Model.PackageContainer: 2.0.0.0

TIA Portal says “Installation required”, and the project cannot be opened.
I suppose these packages are related to SINUMERIK MC STEP 7 Toolbox V17 Update 12, but I can’t find where to download them.

Could someone please tell me how to get or install these missing files (or which Siemens toolbox or Startdrive version includes them)?
