840D SL loading Archive issues with TCU

I was uploading the backup, but it interrupted when I tried to upload the PLC. I've attached photos and videos. I tried uploading an .arc file, but the PLC part still doesn't load. nulizhang Platinum Expert Joined: 10/17/2007 Last visit: 10/23/2025 Posts: 4498 Rating: (409)	you have 840D sl, but 2nd picture not clean, it seems you have TCU??? , OP010? more important you should know and make sure you TCU is you HMI, it is possible have no Hard Disk drive to save data, --you need find external device holding PLC.arc BTW--your are original machine owner? or you bought a 2nd hand machine? Then I loaded the files separately: NCK was fine, HMI was fine, and PLC kept trying. Thanks for the video, I did it like this, I tried loading the files in a different order, but it always crashes in PLC Even with the PLC mode selector switch at 2 or 0, it does not finish loading.
