The Panel is a HMI SMart for the ASIA market and you need WinCCflexible 2008 SP4 ASIA to configure this Panel type! Another Version of WinCCflexible (US oor EU) can't be used for this Panel. So if you are from Asia please contact the Siemens Support Office next to you and ask for the SW. Regards Christoph
