Hello, I get the same kind of issue and when I check the buffer I can read : "A serious error has occurred. The system will be shut down, IFault : 20090814" "Code position: 192EAAh" "Technology package: 5F00h, start address: 40F6400h" This installation work very well since 2017 without any trouble. Yesterday I uploaded the code (very simple Boolean value!) and I downloaded the code on device. But now when I try to check the online program status with SCOUT the windows freeze few seconds, and then the Simotion D shut down !! All LEDs are blinking red very quickly 7segments display "F" If I restart the machine, the CPU power on correctly and go to RUN mode and 7 segments display "6" I have a stable online access through TIA, and SCOUT, but it's impossible to check the online program status anymore, and I need this to follow my machine troubleshooting of course !

this message mean that the fw on the device is crashed hve you check if a newer fw is available V4.4 HF? |

I checked here : https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/31045047 it seems I can download this fw, can you validate this is the good link/file for my device ? |

hi, this is version V5.2, if you use it you must update the FW also in the project and maybe update the Simotion Scout version(and TIA Version) depends which actual Scout/tia you use. better try first the latest V4.4 FW : |

I updated the fw with the last 4.4 version available and now the "serious error" disappears. Thank you ! |
