As from WinCC Unified V20 up3 a new control is available to handle alarms: Alarm line.
The Alarm Line is a compact visual element used to display the most recent active alarm in runtime. It's typically placed at the top or bottom of the screen to ensure quick visibility without taking up much space.

TIP:

• The steps to show discrete or analogic alarm in an alarm line is like in alarm control (see references in the forum about it in WinCC Unified – Simple Sample - Analog Alarm and WinCC Unified – Simple Sample - Discret Alarm  
• As a default just the last alarm is shown (one row), the number of rows could be set up to 3 in the object properties (number of rows)
• This control has no buttons
• The alarm line was made to be as lean as possible and should be used as first approach, however, If you need more features, think about to use the Alarm control (if possible, with the simplified interface).
