A035 Drive Blocked

brusteff Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello all, we have a car where core steel is being cut and stacked , and as the load got heavier the motor that lifts it was trying to lift it but wouldn't. as we were trying to lift the car the dc master drive (6RA7031) was displaying A035 (Drive Blocked). we were able to finish and remove the loaded car. Now with an unloaded car it is able to be lifted no problem. it seems like the loaded car was to heavy to lift but the operatoer says that this has never been a problem in the passed. Any idea's?? Thanks

Check current limits in P171, P172 and also stall protection time in P355, may be yiu need to increase some of this parameters.
