I am using trial version tia portal v15.

Now, I am designing for a project which will connect 

Mmy s71200 plc Station with a Desktop PC and also with a HMI.

 I know my hardware list but which software I need to order?

What about Wincc Runtime?

if you have TIA the why order?
all should be included in TIA (Step7 and WinCC)

if you need Wincc RT you must order it and the licence.

See no requirement in your describption for WinCC RT
