I work on a car lift that I have some challenges with.

Overview:
I1: UP-button
I2: Down button
I3: Counter (height)
I4: End stop
I5: Pump running FB

Q1: Hydraulic pump (lifting)
Q2: Valves (Lowering)
Q3: Warning sound (Below a certain height)
Q4: Error state

I have made a counter function which starts the warning sound when it is at a certain height, 125mm.

What I need help with:
When you press the down button at the lift starts to lower, it must stop at a certain height (also 125mm). Then you should let go of the down button, and then press it again to continue to go down.
