Take the katalog "NC60" Kapter 6/37 or so (Diverents if Printed) Gear: i=5 "SP 210-MF1" (max.rmp in 2500) 2500/5 --> 500rpm out max 1900 Nm Motor: 1FT6136 M0=115 Nm MN=74Nm OutputGear M0=1155 --> 575 MN=745 --> 370 Nm If rpm = 220 then Gear SP240-MF1 i=10 OutputGear M0=11510 --> 1150 MN=7410 --> 740 Nm

You should use a gearbox and a servo with the power you need. If you cannot use a gear, you know you are in the realm of a specially built motor? Maybe a special 1FE motor could provide the force, but you would already be derating at that level of force. Additionally, at that speed, there would be little power available from a 1FE motor. It does not seem to be a good choice. Even the 1FE1147-8WN11 at S6 (25%) doesn't quite reach that force. It seems to get to about 1250 NM, but would be drawing 360Amps at that force level. Many torque motors have pleanty of torque, but cannot reach that speed. What application needs that amount of force at that speed? What kind of test?

Dave Posts: 271 Rating: (29)	Hello Changgyun, Consider the 1FW3 series motors from Siemens. More specifically look at the 1FW3206-1_L motor (or similar). Consider also the use of Sinamics S120 instead of Masterdrive. Hope this helps...
