Hi,

Where can I find my Siwarex 321 HW_ID? It is not on the location from the manual. 

I am not getting any lifebit, nor does the callibration screen go into service mode. Probally no real communication between PLC and Screen.

One last question, is it a common problem that my Siwarex WP321 on the ET200 shows significant drift? About 500 grams each week? 

I assumed the load cells (over 30 years old...) where broken but I am not 100% sure anymore. Now I replaced them with new once and while no new products are in the machine I get already 100 gram.

We try to recalibrate once a month, but not more then that. 

1. 0-110Kg S-load cells

2. I have 3 load cells.

I also do think it is an mechanical problem. But I just wanted to know if other people experienced large drift with the WP321 as well.

1. Which nominal load has your load cells (100 kg, 10 to, …)?

2. How many load cells do you have?

I’m interested in these information, because I would like to calculate which accuracy you can reach on your scale.

(But normally the issue is the mechanics.)
