Servo motor vibrate when power first enabled

Hello there,

i am using Siemens SINAMICS V90 PN  Driver and SIMOTICS S-1FL6 motor. 

When i execute the MC_Power on TIA Portal or Click "Servo On" Buton on V-Assistant, my Servo Motor shaking hard for a very short time. This vibration only happens on first boot. No Vibration until power is cut off and reconnected. I tried to fix problems with changing gain but i couldnt successful. Actually i dont know how i should change the gain parameters.

I checked all of cables and grounding and there is no problem on there. If anyone help me i will be happy so much.
