Problem with communication between HMI and PLC

Hello everyone, i have a problem with communication between HMI Siemens TP277 6" and PLC S7-200 with CP243-1 Ethernet module. These devices are connected via ethernet. My problem is with the panel hmi because every time after reboot, hmi comes back to transfer mode. More details in atachmend.

HMI IP: 192.168.0.25

CP243-1: 192.168.0.22

PC: 192.168.0.44
