AndresRojasNieto Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Dear SIMOTION Community I have been in trouble with a fault in the SIMOTION unit, the fault is the 50102: Window for dynamic following error monitoring exceed. This SIMOTION unit has been installed in a machine for 4 year and never as showed this fault before, the machine has work propertly since its installation. This fault appear when the machine start to increase its speed after been stoped. Also, a vibration noise appear in the motor. After the machine reach its maximun speed the faultdoes not appear again. We have tried changing the motor, the drive-cliq cable and the drive, but the fault appear again. Please your suggestions to solve this fault. Thanks

ms... Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Have you checked the mechanical connection of the motor to the load? A worn coupling or a drive belt that is too loose could give you this symptom.
