Servo motor drive Error

we used sinamics v90 profinet, we found the problem servo drive off in some time ( see video as attached file) RDY and COM was on red color too, l tried to replace new profinet cable all but the problem still occurred. so How do we do?

At end of video drive displays A8526 which means there is no cyclic communication with controller i.e. check at PLC end. Check the profinet connector & connection with controller or if it is PLC, go on line & check PLC diagnostic buffer.
