SINAMIC 6RA80 DC Binnector and Connector Parameter changes

Hi 

we are comissioning SINAMIC 6RA80 DCM required put value r53010.2 in parameter number P0840 by BOP.follwed proceducer mentioned in manual.at 6th step as per manual there should be L3  and right side of display, but on drive it blinking as  L1 to 01

unable to change parameter .we need to change parameter as below

ON COMMAND ( RUN FORWARD ) P0840 -   r53010.2

ON COMMAND ( RUN REVERSED ) P1113 - r53010.6

OPERATION ENABLE P0852 - r53010.4

JOG 1 P1055 - r53010.8

JOG 2 P1056 - r53010.10

please suggest 

Hello VJAKKANI,

It means you want to control/operate drive via CUD DI.

To change p0840 value, access level is 3 i.e. set p3 in object 1 = 3 i.e. CU unit.

User need to change p0840 & other parameter values which belong to drive object, so on BOP display select object 2 & then change parameter values.

For us, Everytime it is not possible to use starter software

In manual it is mentioned that we can change DI parameter.

In my first post I have attached procedure screnshot

Pre conditions to change drive parameters are as below.

1. Drive commissioning should not be active i.e. p010=0

2. Drive should be in ready state & no pulses should be enabled. Assuming drive control is via CUD, X177.13 i.e. DI2 should be LOW. You can verified drive status in r002 (drive object no 2) 

3. Access level should be 3 i.e. p003 = 3. 

4. Please check if CDS data is active.

Unable to Change the parameter

All preconditions are ok.r0002 showing 70

r002 status should be o7.1 wait for power ON signal source p0840.

Please check CUD1 card slot location, parameter settings. Please refer SINAMICS DCM DC converters, Operating Instructions, Firmware Version V1.5  &  SINAMICS DCM, List Manual, Firmware version 1.5 (based on 5.1 SP1)  manuals for more information.

Drive is in o7.0

Please refer attached sheets which will help you to set parameters to access via BOP & modify those.
