I am using s7-1200 1214C AC/DC/RLY(6es7 214-1bg31-0xb0) with extended module 16DI/16D0 SM 1223 DC/RLY (6es7 223-1pl32-0xb0). I am having issue in extended module if some one could tell me the cause. I enabled the output of extended module from inputs however the output is not working, there is no output voltage coming out or heard any relay energizing sound from that module why is that? Even though output leds are turning on but zero volt on terminal side. Hardware configuration is perfect even the wiring is also done as per the manual.
