1214C https issues

The error is "This site can't provide a secure connection" When i uncheck the web server https option i can access with http without any issues. Here is a list of my setup. TIA V12 SP1 CPU 1214C DC/DC/Rly 6ES7 214-1HG31-0XB0 Firmware v3.02 PLC IP address 10.1.2.10 Laptop IP address 10.1.2.20 Laptop and PLC connected directly to an ethernet cable No routers or switches are being used Chrome browser Version 103.0.5060.53 (Official Build) (64-bit) Also tried edge and firefox browsers with same problem Browser cache cleared Downloaded and installed MiniWebCA_cer.crt from PLC introduction webpage Certificate installed to Trusted Root Certification Authorities Certificate status shows as being OK PLC time is up to date PLC language is set to English (uk) PLC power cycled numerous times When changing https option, project recompiled and downloaded to PLC Antivirus turned off Windows defender turned off Any help would be appreciated
