Hello neththi, From the attached snap it looks like Z axis triggered serious fault due to which infeed enable signal is withdrawn, (but the details of Z axis fault are not displayed.) Moreover from the attached snap it mention that any one axis is not yet referenced. So please check which axis is not referenced & its co-relation with Z axis if any. Hope this helps. |

Hello neththi, You need to check your PLC logic for below findings. 1. Please check infeed enable logic signals & check which signal is withdrawn i.e. OFF1, OFF2 or OFF3. 2. Please check PLC logic for alarm 700728 (probably DB2.DBX199.4, here I presume DB2 is configured for fault/alarm message) This logic will help you to find out reason of ERROR FLOW METER MOTOR Y1 fault & check if it is main culprit which interlocks with Z axis & infeed withdrawn signal.
