I've been attempting to update my LOGO!Soft Comfort V8.2.1 to V8.3. The new lot of controllers that I received have a higher level of firmware and I cannot download to them. When attempting to download the update the system is telling me that I do not have authorization even though I have had an authorized status 1/27/22. I went through the process and received an email with a link to log in and modify my personal data. I reviewed my personal data and submitted. Now I'm being told that it can take several days for for my data to be reviewed.

I have had to wait months to receive these controllers which were ridiculously overdue which has put my project critically behind schedule. 

I do not have time to deal with this, I have used the LOGO since its inception but this is the last time!

nearly all downloads for LOGO! has export regulations. That a new Sofware is required is also printed to the paper pack of a LOGO!.

It may be faster if you order a LOGO! Soft Comfort DVD (6ED1058-0BA08-0YA1). Distributors may have it on stock.

Never the less, LOGO! is an industrial good and Siemens has to fullfill the export regulations. There is no way around this.

I have the problem also however i have tried to use SD card to upload my program and it works.

If u still have the older version 0BA0 logic module. Use a micro SD card and download the program then use the same card to upload the program to your 0BA1 logic module.
