please check if you released the Excel AddIn Manifest the right way/with the right PC Name & alco check if you use Office 365 or 2019

 It should be in the folder you showed (if you did not change it in the installation, if that is even possible) are you sure you installed the reporting? This is not automaticly installed with the TIA Portal or with the Runtime. It's a separate installer.
