HMI restarts after change page

smagliola Regular Member Joined: 2/19/2019 Last visit: 10/8/2025 Posts: 8 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have an issue with an unifed operator panel MTP1200 V17.0.0 (Tia portal unified 17 upd3) Changing page with the command "change screen" most of the times works, but sometimes (not rarely) the HMI stops and after 30-60 seconds restarts. I tried to update the firmware but for some reason I couldn't. Not having much time and being the project very small, I fit everything in a page and manage trends and alarms as popups. Problem hidden. Now I'm working on an MTP1900 (Tia portal unified 17 upd4), unfortunately I don't have the operator panel to test so I'm using the simulator via browser. Also the browser, sometimes when I change page, lose the connection and restarts from the main page. I'm worried I'm going to have the same issue during the commissioning! Is this a known problem or it's happening only to me? Maybe some setting or some update is missing? Thank you
