Control Unit CU320-2 PN Infeed Modul 6SL3130-1TE22-0AA0 Single Motor Modul 6SL3120-1TE21-0AA0 High Output Frequency License 6SL3074-0AA02-0AA0: Motor JÄGER Z80-K530.02 S6W1 I want to run a 1000 hz spindle motor with the CU320 PN Control unit. Although I activated the license, I cannot write the P0310 parameter as 1000. I get the error "Above the valid values". How can I run it as 1000 hz 30000 rpm?

Hello Mustafa, Welcome to forum. You should have open this topic in SINAMICS product conference which is correct conference suitable to your query. Now to your query, p0310 is write protected i.e. this parameter is set automatically during motor identification of Siemens standard type motor which value is set in p0300. Since your's is third party motor, set P0010 = 1 i.e. quick commissioning, set p0300 = 1 i.e. induction motor, then set all motor related parameters in approriate fields, e.g. motor rated power, rated voltage, rated curent, rated frequency, rated speed etc. & check. On emore point I want to share is, connected motor rated parameters at S1 duty are 4.6 Kw, 366 volt, 10A, where as Sinamics motor module is of 9 A capacity. Please check. Hope this helps. |

Hello, What is the value of p100? Have you activated high requency output license? How you have checked its activation? Does this option is delivered along with CU CF card or it has delivered separately? Please refer SINAMICS S120/S150: Release for delivery, license for high ... this for more information.

Maybe 1000Hz is the max frequency, not the rate frequency. Rate frequency nomally is 50Hz or 60Hz.
