What is the difference between these two methods? I have a script in a faceplate that monitors and sets visibility of an object on the faceplate. I can access the object visibility by:

Faceplate.Items("Exclamation_Red").Visible

Faceplate.FindItem("Exclamation_Red").Visible

The "Items" method seems more user friendly - the item name (Exclamation_Red) is automatically checked by the editor to ensure the item exists, and automatically updates the script of the object name changes.

Items is a property containing a list of objects. With Items["Exclamation_Red"] you are picking one object out of this list.

FindItem() is a method for searching for an object.

FindItem() is used to reference properties within the screen window and change them dynamically, using the object path either relatively or absolutely. wheras using .Items() you can use the "ParentScreen" property to navigate to screens and objects that are located in the screen hierarchy.
