we can not see and filter message on our clients in pcs7 v6.0

farzinsh Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	we have pcs7 v6.0.1.1 with 2 servers one ES and 4 clients. in servers and ES computers we can see messages for every zone.but in our clients when we want to see messages and filter them the message box: no connection with server" apears and we can not see messages for every zones. we check os-project editor for clients. but some of items are deactive and we can not import message to clients. please help me.

What about your Server/Client configuration: - server/client operating system version - are you using same user and password in server/client operating system - "OS Server data" correctly configured - only alarms is not wotking or garphic page also? - "alarm logging runtime" checked in WinCC -> computer - properties -> startup tab Regards

farzinsh Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi CBo. thank u for your answer. - the operating system is windows 2000 - we use same user and pass word for server/client -only alarms have problem . other thing ar OK. I post some picturs. in pic.1 u see our alarm list page. in botton of page u see message zone and classes.when we want to select a plant zone an error apeared (see pic.2). and we can not see message of any zone. but in servers and Es we have not any problem. in pics 3 to 9 u see our clients os-project editor environment.in pic.4 any thing is deactive and we cant change any things.but in servers we can change. and in pic.9 we cant change radio buttons. how we can see alarms in clients? please favour me. thanks Attachment pcs.zip (125 Downloads)

farzinsh Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi yes we did. every things are OK. we see messages on clients. but we can not filter them by zones and message classes. the PDL file is attached. in lower part of pdl we have a filter for messages.but this filter doesnt work.
