“Could not release batch. No connection”

Hi,

I have installed Server Client arch, 5 PCs are industrial grade this pc i don't have any problem and another 3 pc has(Windows 10 Pro, 12th gen intel(R) core(TM) i5-12500T 2.00GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, 64 bit), this pc  having problem while using the simatic batch recipes,

so what was the error am facing means while releasing the recipes from master recipes am getting one error msg popup the popup i attached in the attachement : No connection message am getting while releasing the batch.

I checked any IP Classes and PC Name classes there is no problem this 2, apart from this anything i need to check i do no any have any idea please suggest me solve this problem

Split from Simatic Batch bad database connection.

Hi Sanjeevsansam,

I have the same issue. I had two batch servers and one batch client running well until last week when IT had to do some work on the virtual machine server. After that I had to reinstall the batch servers in clean machines.

I am able to perform the generate-propagate-merge-download from simatic manager to the servers, I am able to get the servers to run mode and I can open BatchCC on the client and restore the project. I can update the process cell and create new recipes, but when I try to release a batch, I get the same error as Sanjeevsansam.

I have tried also to delete the batch data, download again and create a new process cell, but I get the same issue.

Any ideas of what to try to solve this issue??
