Hi SummerSeaSun, The number of tags in runtime that you need translates into all the variables that you use with connection to a PLC. Internal variables are not counted. So if you have 1000 tags in your project you will have to have a higher license and not the 150 tags license. Otherwise you will get a message indicating that you lack license and will go to demo mode.

Hi SummerSeaSun, I'm afraid there is no specific tool for it. After engineering, when you compile the Unified application (UCP or PC RT) in the TIA Portal project, the system collects and displays the number of used/configured PowerTags in the Inspector window. |
