I have been using CPU314C-2DP in our machine, CPUI counter module is being used for encoder feedback.

The problem I am observing is that when speed is less than 600 rpm it is not showing speed feedback. above 600 rpm it is perfectly working !!

I have confirmed encoder and cable and everything else is okay. Is it limitation of counter module ?

SFB48 is being used for evaluation. I can see in program that MEAS_VAL parameter when above approximate 10000 is okay, but when lower than this , it shows zero.
