As I try to get my hardware configuration of my plc program online I receive a notification and I am unable to connect online. I have attached snapshot of error message for your reference. My plc system is S417-4H plc. And also I want to eradicate this error without downloading it to cpu rather amending it offline in the backup program itself. Thankyou. It does get online but, why this error comes every times. How to resolve it?

The message pops up because what you have loaded in the CPU is different from what you have in the PG. If you want to get the program from the CPU, you have no choice but to step on the PG. There is no way to combine both.
