You have a 1.5kw High Overload inverter drive, supplying qty11 Motors, each motor being 200Watts.

The Maximum cable length for this inverter will be in the region of 150 Metres, this being the total cable length between motors and Inverter drive. The capacitive losses in the cable will limit the length of this cable, creating drive overload.

Whilst you state the distance between motor and inverter is 100 Metres, check the 'cable length'.

In order to provide overload protection, each motor must be supplied through a thermal overload.

For comissioning I would recommend driving these motors from an inverter drive which is at default with regard to motor details, operating a basic form of 'V/F with linear characteristic', the thermal overload providing the necessary motor protection.

If the system then functions driving all 11 motors fine.

If this fails then try the following:

1/ Turn the PWM switching frequency down to 2kHz, using P1800, (pulse frequency). This reduces the cable capacitive losses.

2/ Install an output reactor or choke in the motor supply line.

3/ Replace the inverter drive with a larger capacity device.
