During installation soft and when I press Synchronise I have pop-up error message.

Hi Serhiy,

Can you please provide more information about your problem? Your screenshots only show that no license could be found for your software. But what licenses do you have installed on your computer? Please provide a list of the licenses you have installed. You should hide the license number information for privacy reasons.
