Hello folks

I am trying to set up a timing routine and I can't seem to get it quite right.  When an input is maintained on, I need to pulse an output for 1 second at a random time between 2 to 4 minutes.  I need the cycle to repeat until the input is turned off.

I can figure out separate parts of the sequence but I can't bring it all together to get it to work the way I need it to

Any thoughts?
