Logo 8.2 Crashing

AutoGen_7076366 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I've recently installed Logo SC! 8.2 but it constantly crashes... I load the program okay but as soon as i click on new, i get the standard loading circle on the mouse but thats all... i can load an old circuit (made on 8.0) but again if i try and network my Logo 0BA0, it crashes again Im running a 64bit system and tried both 64bit and 32bit software, installed both 32/64bit Java and still the same thing Can anyone help?

Hello AutoGen_7076366, at first welcome to the forum. Which operating system do you have exactly? If it is Windows, start the setup as administrator. And on a 64 bit operating system you have only install a 64 bit version of LSC, not a 32 bit version.

AutoGen_7076366 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi ixo65, I uninstalled everything and reinstalled Java 64bit and the 64bit upgrade of LSC which went fine, however i am still getting the same issue I am running windows 10 Thanks!

Delete this folder and try starting LOGO! Soft Comfort again. LSC will start like after a new installation. In addition check if some popup dialogs arf displayed on a nother display. Hope this helps

LOGO! Support Posts: 399 Rating: (47)	At Windows 10 I recommend installing as Administrator with right-click on the setup -> "Run as Administrator" in a new (empty) directory. You need to be Administrator for using LOGO!Soft Comfort too. Beside this it’s always a good idea running nothing else during install time.
