how to sort out F7452 fault

HI

I keep getting a F7452 fault on my sinamics V90 and it does not want to go away. What parameters should I adjust.

This is 'following error' fault, right?

Probably you have wrong mechanics parameters. This error means the encoder value is not responding as the drive expects. 

If you can give more details it will be helpfull.

I am using a ball screw cylinder with a Simotics S-1FL6  3~Servo Motor and when it push in the positive direction it will randomly give this error and then sometimes it will run for a while before it gives me the error. I can reset the error and then it will continue.

I check the parameters and they look okay according to the specs of the motor.

Could it be that the encoder on the motor is damaged or there could be a parameter that I am not putting in the correct value.

Make sure your gear box factor and the length per revolution are correct.

You can also ajust the following error tolerance in p2546 and p2634. Just be carefull for not only hide the problem instead of solving it.

Make an auto tuning might also help.
