Can't connect LWE site with V8.3 logo

Just started a new project with logo V8.3 and new lwe software. But I am unable to get the LWE screen visible (even no LOGO! TD). Tried many access control settings. Now I can see the Login screen but there is no response to 'log on', not even a message that the password is wrong. There are new settings with the v8.3. What are the correct steps to see a costomized site? 6ED1 052-1CC08-0BA1 FS:1 FW V1.83.01

Did you transfer the LWE project to the SD card? Have you enabled web server access in the access control? Have you released the LSC and LWE access in the access control? Have you confirmed the respective approval with the Apply button?

Here the sc card/project worked. Transferring the LWE to V8.3 didn't work, so I set it up again in V8.3. LWE is on the sd card. Expect it to be in the access control. Already tried several settings. Login screen was already difficult. Now I have the settings as follows one step forward: the logo responds

What is the resolution of your LWE project, and what is the resolution of the display where you have the problem? If the LWE resolution is much higher then your display resolution, then it may happen. The scoll bar is alway out of the visible range. If this is the case, then change the LWE resolution to your display resolution. This should fix this issue. Hope this helps
