Ghost Backup with field PG

sh63 Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Hello, Ihave problem about making ghost backup by siemens field PG(windos XP)from 840D PCU50.I start this action according to the siemens instruction but wasnt done succesfully.the error is Error 53:the computer by this name cant located in network while I have done it by laptop(windos XP) and succesfully made ghost backup.I dont khnow what is different between laptop and Siemens field PG in this case? Thanks alot
