IPC847E Windows Installation - Boot Menu

When i turn on the computer, siemens logo appears and it says press 'ESC' to enter boot. When I press the 'ESC', next line appears and says 'ESC is pressed. now go to boot options'. But nothing happens. Any idea?

If nothing happens, I would first remove all the peripherals connected to the PC and only have the keyboard. You could also remove the battery: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109822881/119291303051 leave a few minutes and reconnect the battery so that the BIOS values are reset Have a nice day.

There is no DVD-ROM for this IPC, so I created a bootable USB and connected it to the IPC. Again after pressing the Esc, I see this message "Esc is pressed. Go to boot options" and after a few seconds, this message is gone and again black screen. I will try removing the battery, to see if anything happens.

Another possibility that it does not work for you may be that the ipc does not recognize the bootable USB or it is corrupt. If you do not have the files, you can open a ticket to Siemens Support to see if they can help you.
