Hello,

during HW compilation of a TIA project I received the following compile error: "Isochronous mode must be enabled on submodule, because the submodule is operating in isochronous mode"

However, when I open the device (it is SINAMICS S120) in the device view, go to its properties -> Advanced options, under detail overview, I'm not able to set Iso mode. The option is simply grayed out.

What other settings I need to set up first in order to enable this?

This option is already set, or I'm looking at the wrong place. Please have a look in the atatched file

Under IO devices, I see that CPU is class RT, IRT as Sync Master, while the drive is class IRT as Sync Slave

Not sure why, but it is possible to set IRT mode only for Zusatztelegramm 701, PZD-2/5

can you go to deviceview of S120

select in the rigth tabel the subslot with telegram 105 and check the settings here

in the adress section in the properties the option isochronous should be enabled
