Hi Daniel: I'm trying to understand this case in order to implements a similar mechanism of data retainig when power off. So my question is how the device now that there is an power off situation to proceed with the pertainig data storage?. Is an event trigggered some way?Thanks Thanls in advance

Did you already download the device manual? I found an example that goes back to Portal V14 SP1 here: Says it throws a diagnostic event which can be intercepted in the Diagnostics Error Interrupt OB (OB82). The module will throw external power lost event. However, the manual also states you need to enable that diagnostic event during hardware configuration - and the manual explains more about that setting. During that 20ms, if the PLC and PS module are properly configured, the PS accepts all the PLC data and stores it until the PLC starts up again.
