I have CP8021 Siemens RTU and I am reading data and sending data over IEC104. CP8021 in same time is master and slave. As a master I am reading data from another RTU with CASDU1=2,CASDU2=0. As a slave CP8021 has CASDU1=1, CASDU2=0.

I am reading double point information from another RTU (see reading from schneider).

This double point information I need to send to Remote Dispatching Center.

In Sicam Device Mnager there is no option to route this data so that RDC can read it.

For this double point information I have fixed IOA1=100, IOA2=0,IOA3=0 (CASDU1=2, CASDU2=0)

The RDC wants to have this data in IOA1=16, IOA2=0,IOA3=0 AND CASDU1=1, CASDU=2.

How to achieve this without CFC?
