Siemens 828d controller keeps getting dark

I am at work now. I tried to adjust that setting before but without any luck. I tried from 0-30. The help button says the max value is 180 but anything over 30 gives a message error. It says that making the value 0 would disable it but it does not. Do you sir have any other ideas?

I did ask my supervisor but unfortunatly, he said i can't use a usb because we do some military weapon and because of ITAR. Still, i appreciate that you are trying to help. I also have another topic about my distance to go being a radius value instead of diameter, if maybe you know why.
