Server Windows Server 2022

Clients Windows10

WinCC V8.0.5 (Last)

On Clients side in not possible to open application running on server becaue "SERVER NOT AVAILABLE"

PC are under domain

Same domain user configured as administrator and part of SIMATIC HMI

Server and client are on different IP range

Server 10.26.9.15

Clients 10.26.100.111/112/113

On simatic shell TTL is set to 99 and IP multicast is 10.26.9.15 on Clients side and 10.26.100.111/112/113 on server side

Clients and Server can ping each other with IP address and even with name

Clients and Server can see each other on Simatic shell

Tried to use lmhosts file

No way to run application on clients

Any Idea?

After days of workaround I discovered that reinstalling update5 everything working ...until server is restarted.

Each times that server is restarted (restart of windows not application) I need to reinstall update5 to run application on client

Customer IT departement, that manage domain says that is not something depend on them (policy of something else)

Someone as some suggestion?

Check also if you have set "Remote Communication" in SIMATIC Shell settings

If its not working I would open a Service Request at Siemens Support.
