Hi All,

I have an Engineering station and a Redandunt server. When I tried to Download the Master server from the Engineering station, I got an error. Please find the attached error for your reference. I am using the following software.

Engineering Station: Step 7 5.7, Wincc 8.0 

Server Station: Wincc 8.0

Please guide me to resolve this problem.

Thanks for your reply. I have gone through all the links and implemented all the required settings. From the engineering station, I can ping the server station using the IP address and PC name and vice versa. Even in Simatic Shell, I can see the Server station and vice versa. In the Network view, I can see all connected stations. From ES station I can create and delete the folder from Engineering Station.

From the Engineering station Project is copying on the Server but suddenly error shows. For details please find the attached documents. Following Windows used.

1. Engineering Station: Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2
2. Server Station: Windows Server 2022 Standard Evaluation Version 21H2

In Engineering Station User Name is different from the Server User name but the password of both PC is the same. User of Engineering station under Administrator group with all rights. Please let if this makes any difference.

Note: In both stations, Manager is not configured.

Kindly guide me to resolve this problem.

We've just had the same problem, you have the same user accounts on each workstation ( the engeneering station user account must be the same as the server user account )

 Thanks to all of you. The problem was resolved after the reinstallation of the ES station.
