DWord couter not working (LOGO!8 FSO4, LOGO!Soft Control 8.2, Access Tool V2.1.0)

I connected 5 discrete inputs, everything works. It is necessary to connect 5 UP/DOWN counters. Installed one counter in Excel. I check - I blow air through the counter, display the logo on the screen, enter it through I6 (it works). - the counter does not work. What am I doing wrong?
