Earth fault in the siemens panel FC726

Hi 

I'm having Earth fault in the siemens panel FC726

I unenabled all the earthing fault to the software and download to panel still I'm getting the faults to all the loops.

This Earth faults (+) occurs even we removed all the loop and reset the panel

Remove the line loop and check whether the ground fault returns to normal. If it returns to normal, it is a line problem. It means a loop card problem.
