Duplicate Webnavigator user sessions on WinCC runtime Server

We are on WinCC v7.5 + sp2 + Update 16 and running windows server 2019. We use the Webnavigator Client on windows computers to connect to our servers. We're seeing duplicate user sessions for the same user on the same computer (see screenshot). Is there a manual way to kick off a session from the server? We have a 'disconnect' page but it's not letting us disconnect 'inactive sessions'. Attachment duplicate sessions.jpg (274 Downloads)

To do this, it is necessary to access this page as a user with administrator rights: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/es/view/109792604/124050695307 You can also delete temporary browser files.

There is some issue with the server and you get multiple user sessions from the same computer and user. Once this happens the Status.html will no longer allow you to disconnect a user. We are looking for another way to kick users off until we have a fix for whatever is happening to allow duplicate sessions in the first place. We are using WinCCViewerRT and instead of Internet Explorer on the WebNavigator Client. Thank you.

Perhaps then all connections should be dropped. Or also if you do a restart of the Server (but this is of course not a good possibility) Bye Murof

Do you know this issue is still present in latest Upd 18 for V7.5Sp2? Thanks, bye Murof I received an answer from Siemens support and uninstalling the KB update resolved our issue. We had another issue and haven't updated to 18. We are in the process of doing so.

We added the registry key to test it, but it didn't work for us. The result was that WinCC immediately logged out the user when this one was logged in. So, we had to remove the new key, We use WinCCViewerRT to access wincc. I suppose that the value 00002710 is in hexadecimal, correct? We use a 64 bits system, so maybe the key should be qword instead of dword? I appreciate if you could give us any hint. Thanks in advance.
