Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with WebUX. I’m using WinCC v8.0 along with WebUX. On a separate computer, I have an RT 128 license for my client, and this computer also has the WebUX server license. I’ve configured everything in the Web Configurator.

I can successfully log in using Chrome and Edge browsers, but after logging in, all I see is the message "Picture not found."

In the User Administrator, I enabled WebUX and set a start picture for WebUX. Additionally, in Graphics Designer, I ensured that my screen is marked as Web-enabled.

Does this setup look correct? If there’s anything I’ve missed or need to adjust?

Is it Client with or without its own project?

Are the pictures web enabled?

pictures are web-enabled (on main server). Client is without own project.

Did you have some similar situation?

We use WinCC v8.0.0.0, so without updates.

I had error like yours on Webnavigator 4 weeks ago, finally after some time i found out that Webnavigator sever can't be run on client if it is wihout its own project. It must be with its own project.

Now you just need to find out if it is the same with WebUX.

Yes, that was my topic. Maybe this topic is unnecessary. I don't have enough time for test with client with own project, but I will do it.
