do I understand correctly, you want to show some WinCC Screens or Content in a C# visual User Front End?

I think the only way could be to use WebUX and in The C# UI you can try to implement a html5 browser to act as WebUX client.

the normal WinCC RT can only run with the graphics runtime in WinCC

I´m sorry, I do not know any direct way to inegrate C# allplication into the WInCC Screens.

In WinCC there is the possibility to use Activex controls, .net Controls, WPF Controls and since V8 also Web Controls (CWC)

Also you can use a Webbrowser Control, so if the application runs on a Webserver this could also work
